The local authorities of vladyvostok in the Primorski Krai of the russian federation are preparing for possible actions of mass disobedience. This fear is linked to the local population’s strong opposition to the actions and measures for mobilization in the region’s territory. Currently, the local police and special services are planning measures to counter possible acts of disobedience and to strengthen the police regime in the region. It is planned to check the performance of video surveillance systems of institutions and organizations in vladyvostok with remote access to representatives of law enforcement agencies. Currently, the vast majority of the local population does not support the so-called “special military operation” and mobilization activities in the territory of the region. The reasons for this are the residence of a significant number of ethnic Ukrainians in the region and the losses of the russian armed forces during the hostilities.
