Kyrylo Budanov, Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, stated in an interview with the French edition 'Liberation' that the situation on the battlefields of the russian-Ukrainian war remains difficult, but not critical.
"Our war is not unique. It is just a high-intensity conflict involving the full range of available weapons. We are not on the verge of using weapons of mass destruction, but everything else ― from submarines to strategic aviation ― has been used for a long time," the head of Ukraine's military intelligence said.
According to Kyrylo Budanov, no miraculous technologies, unfortunately, will help radically change the course of a prolonged war, other factors are significantly more important.
“The question is how to allocate resources, how to use what is available, and how to plan supply lines. In a prolonged war, the side that has a more powerful economy and logistics wins,” Kyrylo Budanov said.
