“The ruscists regime is fascist one in its essence, because it carries out a certain gradation,” the representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine said.

Position no. 1 in the anti-rating, according to Andrii Yusov, is forcibly mobilized people from the temporarily occupied territories.

“And all the rest – a very complicated process is already beginning. It is clear that officers are in high demand, as well as people who have certain knowledge and skills. There are also many other things that affect, which we will not voice so as not to cause harm. But the easier a person is for ruscists, the less interest in him,” the representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine noted.

According to him, the russians divide people into “sorts” and this is the essence of the fascist regime.
