Important Amendments are Made in a Handbook for Participants of Russian-Ukrainian War

In particular, in Handbook are added information on signing contracts by the servicemen, a section on housing provision is updated, procedure for receiving one-time cash assistance as a result of being wounded, as well as a procedure for obtaining combat actions veterans status is updated.
