In the chapels, situated on the territory of military units, chaplains served festive liturgies, during which they put emphasis on the fact that the God is always with those who defend his land and his native.

Military chaplains attended reconnaissance men in field positions in the ATO area. Representatives of clergy gave the defenders of Ukraine along with holiday dishes children’s draws and amulets as well as wished them to come back home with victory as soon as possible.

On the eve of Christmas, the warriors had a holy supper with traditional delicious food and kutia.
