Next year, the Ukrainian Veterans’ Foundation will start operating. The Foundation is a state institution that will be financed both from the budget and through state guarantees regarding attracting international technical assistance and donor assistance from both Ukraine and abroad.

This was announced by Yuliia Laputina, the Minister for Veterans Affairs of Ukraine, during a working meeting with Steen Nyorlov, Head of the Council of Europe Office in Ukraine and Hanna Khrystova, Manager of the Council of Europe Project “Internal Displacement in Ukraine: Developing Long-Term Solutions”.
