Three Reconnaissance Men Are Posthumously Awarded Combat Orders

A corresponding Decree is posted on the official website of the President of Ukraine

Junior Sergeants Andrii Vedeshyn, Illia Perezhohin and Viktor Soltys were posthumously awarded the order "For Courage" 3rd degree.

Servicemen of the 131st separate reconnaissance battalion were killed on March 10, 2020 while performing combat tasks.

According to the Decree of the President of Ukraine, sergeants, who laid their lives in counteracting russian occupation troops, were awarded: "for personal courage and selfless actions, displayed in protection of state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine".
