In the village of Velyka Kamianka, Kolomyia district, 25-year old Vasyl Chornetskyi lives. Vasyl is an orphan, his aunt brought up him from a child. He always had a good physical fitness – he played football for village, district and region. He served in airmobile forces as a conscript.

In September, 2014, Vasyl arrived to the military enlistment office without call-up order. When he finished additional training, he was assigned to the reconnaissance unit of the 24^th separate mechanized brigade. More than a year he participated in the anti-terrorist operation. In October, 2015, he was demobilized. After his returning to native village, he actively joined a social life.

Vasyl is always ready to come to villagers’ help, he has never complained of his own problems. But all saw that courage warrior lives in old half-ruined grandmother’s house.

“We don’t leave aside our hero”, – countrymen decided and began preliminary works on building of a new house for Vasyl. Velyka Kamianka has already such experience – the whole commune has recently built a house for perished in the ATO area countryman.
