All recipients of awards took part in the warfare in the East of Ukraine and displayed courage and heroism
Awarding the scouts, Holy Patriarch noted that Ukraine will win in this war because there are people who are ready to die for her and relatives, following the commandments of Christ – “There is no greater love as who will give up his soul for their neighbours”.
His Holiness reminded the warriors that all churches of Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Kyiv Patriarchate are offering daily prayer for health and God’s blessing of all who struggle for freedom of Ukraine.
