On November 22, 2024, a presentation of the monograph “Strategic Communications in Times of War: Views from the Volunteer to a Scientist” was held at the Ukrinform press center in Kyiv.

The publication, which summarizes the experience of state and law enforcement institutions in countering russian hybrid aggression from 2022 to 2024, includes an article by the representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Andrii Yusov.

The book describes the principles and methods of responding to information attacks of the aggressor state, provides examples of countering russian informational operations, and provides practical recommendations for specialists of state and security institutions.

During the presentation, the experts noted Ukraine's achievements in institutional development of state strategic communications and outlined plans for research in this area.
