Military defeats strengthen the attempts of terrorist country to negotiate with Ukrainian authority. This was stated by Vadym Skibitskyi, a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, in an interview for “t-online” edition.

“Our activity in all directions has one goal: the complete reconquest of all regions, occupied by russia.

At the end of February, our main forces were in the east of Ukraine. The main battlefield was Donbas, not the south of Ukraine. Then there was Minsk I and Minsk II, and the negotiations turned to solve the issue of the temporarily occupied Donbas. The result was a new war. Therefore, our goal today is different: first of all, we liberate all occupied territories, then we conduct negotiations.

In Russia, people begin to understand what is happening. After the invasion of the Soviet Union in Afghanistan, a decade passed before its collapse. Putin has fewer resources, less power, and fewer friends. The change of power may take place earlier,” the representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine said.
