A principal purpose of the conference is to consider problems of information policy in the conditions of hybrid war and to create an integrated system of information security.

The representatives of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine, NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence, military attaches, foreign advisers of the Defence Minister of Ukraine as well as the representatives of intelligence structures of Ukraine took part in the event.
