In the condition of repulsion of the Russian aggression against Ukraine, a Regional Clinical Hospital named after Mechnikov (city of Dnipro) has become one of the important and effective components of the rendering medical assistance to the wounded defenders of Ukraine.

According to the deputy head doctor of hospital for emergency assistance Oleksandr Tolubaiev, there is a necessity in all blood types in hospital.

In view of this, on May 27, 2016, a next Day of Blood Donor takes place in hospital, during which anybody who wants can donate blood.

The blood donors are expected at the main surgical hospital’s building at 10.00 a.m. Pre-registration is unnecessary.
