Software, Ciphers, Secret Documents — DIU Cyber Specialists Hacked russia’s Defence Ministry
The cyber specialists of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine conducted another successful special operation against the aggressor state of russia. As a result of the attack, it was managed to gain access to the servers of the russian ministry of defence.
The Ukrainian intelligence service now possesses the information security and encryption software used by the russian ministry of defence, as well as an array of secret service documents of the russian ministry of war.
These are orders, reports, instructions, and other documents that circulated between ＞2,000 structural units of the russian security services.
The obtained information makes it possible to establish the full structure of the russian ministry of defence system and its links.
The analysis of the data also helped to identify the generals, other senior chiefs of the structural units of the russian ministry of defence, as well as deputies, assistants, specialists ― all those who used the electronic document management software called "bureaucrat".
