The operation in the cyberspace of the aggressor state of russia, which resulted in the hacking of the server of the russian ministry of defence and the termination of special communications between enemy units, continues.

This was stated by the representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Andrii Cherniak in a commentary to Suspilne on January 31, 2024.

“The cyberattack is going on. We are now collecting the information we need to analyse it and pass it on to the units of the Security and Defence Forces of Ukraine for further targeting of the targets listed in the documents on these servers,” the DIU representative said.

He added that attacks in russian cyberspace will continue further.

“Such servers and networks are a legitimate target for our cyber specialists and the Security and Defence Forces of Ukraine. So such attacks will continue,” Andrii Cherniak noted.
