"I had two important meetings with British Defence Secretary Ben Wallace and US Secretary of Defence Lloyd Austin. We clearly compared the facts that ours and their intelligence receive. We exchanged information between our intelligence agencies - the conclusions are the same. We understand the regime of risk," Oleksii Reznikov said.

"They have already started very serious consultations with other EU and NATO member states. The reaction will be very harsh - the head of the Kremlin has already been warned about this during the visit of a high-ranking US official to Russia," the Minister of Defence of Ukraine stressed.

According to him, this is not another expressions of anxiety or concern. "Reactions will be much tougher, starting from economic and political sanctions to increased aid to Ukraine with weapons and military equipment."
