This was stated by Vadym Skibitskyi, the representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, in an exclusive interview with "We Are Ukraine".

"We are monitoring all issues concerning the intelligence of our energy facilities by the russian federation. They has begun such work," said the DIU representative.
