Vadym Skibitskyi, a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, emphasized that the occupiers learn quickly enough and rejected the possibility of a "blind" defence.
“The enemy learns, and learns quite quickly. I'll just give you an example: the Kh-101 cruise missiles are completely different from those used in 2022. This is a missile with an active electronic warfare system, with active protection, heat traps, etc.,” said the DIU representative at the Davos discussion programme.
“We have to develop everything: air defence, defence of the military-industrial complex, and its production, and we have to take counter-offensive measures to prevent the loss of territory. And the experience of 2023 showed this us,” said Vadym Skibitskyi.
