According to the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, on January 14, containers with ammonia were delivered to Horlivka, occupied by the Russian troops, at PJSC “Concern Stirol”. Due to leakage of containers, toxic substances are leaked into the air.

The technogenic catastrophe, caused by the actions of the Russian occupiers, can be used to accuse Ukraine of using toxic chemical substances and whereby escalation the armed aggression against our state.
