“Today, the Military Intelligence of Ukraine concentrates main efforts on revealing the features of preparation of the Russian armed forces for conducting of offensive warfare against Ukraine. Since April 2018, our forces and facilities register stepping-up of combat training of the Russian troops near the state borders of Ukraine. Along with powerful land and seaborne components, the Kremlin leaders concentrated a significant amount of aviation in frontier with Ukraine military districts. At the same time, all the actions of Russian side are frankly aggressive and provocative, in particular, the measures on destabilization of the Ukrainian shipping industry and economic activity in Azov Sea,” said Vadym Skibitskyi.
