Russia Increased Its Military Capabilities near the Ukrainian Border in Three Times

According to the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, Russia’s main attack forces will be capable to conduct full-fledged strategic offensive actions against Ukraine without mobilization until 2022-2023.
Today, the Russian Federation, as an aggressor country, is focusing its main efforts on modernization and renewal of offensive weapons. Nuclear component is being re-equipped. “Topol” missile system will be replaced by “Yars” system. Development of new missile system “Sarmat” is in progress. According to Vadym Skibitskyi, destruction range of such missiles is 12 thousand kilometers that threaten not only for Ukraine but also for all European countries.
