Vadym Skibitskyi, a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, told about the kremlin's deliberate extermination of representatives of peoples who can oppose the usurpation of power in russia in the programme “Orestokratiyia”.
“We see, for example, the history of northern Caucasus. The kremlin understands that this is the region where there may be some resistance, or where there may be a protest movement. Because of that, there is a complete mobilization of young people who are able to resist, who are able to speak out against the Kremlin. That’s why, a full mobilization of young people, who are able to resist, who are able to protest against the kremlin, is holding there. They have lists and data about those people who express protest, who can be dangerous for the putin’s regime. They are simply taken away and sent as cannon fodder to the front, and this is now very easy to hide due to mobilisation. This is happening in the same Tatarstan and other regions, where national minorities live, who can later oppose the kremlin's policy,” the representative of Ukraine’s military intelligence said.
