On the air of “Donbas. Realities” programme, a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine informed about the training of the Russian Nuclear Forces.

According to Vadym Skibitskyi, the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine has already fixed this year conducting of the exercises in units which are involving in the transportation of nuclear weapon from the Russian Federation territory in the territory of the occupied Crimea. These tasks belong to the 12th Main Department of the Russian Federation Ministry of Defence which is practicing deployment of the nuclear weapon in the peninsula and conducting its preparation for tactical employment jointly with other units of the Crimean occupation grouping.

In addition, the representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine reported that one more rocket brigade is forming by Russia in the territory of the Southern military district, which will be equipped with “Iskander” rocket complexes and new cruise missiles of increased range that could be equipped with nuclear warhead.
