“The 1st Tank Army, located in Moscow oblast, has been developing. It is created the 20th Army with the Headquarters in Voronezh. The formation of three new divisions near our border is in a progress. The Russian leadership’s plans constantly change. If they said about deployment of three brigades near the Ukrainian border two years ago, then these three brigades have currently became three divisions”, – Vadym Skibitskyi said.

According to the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, Russia plans to complete redeployment of these troops to the Ukrainian border before the end of this year.
