About a half part of servicemen are forced to look for new place of employment after discharging from service. The Eastern Europe Foundation with the support of the British Embassy in Ukraine is implementing the All4One special project, one of tasks of which is to render assistance veterans in job placement.

Within the social advertising of the project, three videos were recorded, which emphasize the importance of the military experience of veterans in peaceful professions. One video is dedicated to a reconnaissance men.
