Due to the full-scale mobilization in the russian federation, Ukraine must be ready for any actions by the aggressor country.

This was stated by Andrii Yusov, a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, on the air of nationwide telethon “Yedyni Novyny” (“United News”).

“The mobilization, conducted in russia, is not partial but full-fledged that provide additional human resources, which will be used as cannon fodder,” Andrii Yusov said.

Therefore, further offensive actions with using a new reserve of mobilized personnel are possible. “We are dealing with a numerous army of the aggressor and terrorist state. That is why, we have to be ready,” noted the representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.

Regarding the conditions for negotiations, Andrii Yusov said that it would be possible after the withdrawing of entire occupying forces from Ukraine, after reimbursing all damages and bringing criminals to justice; after the transferring nuclear weapons under the international control. It is possible certain security guarantees for the russian federation only after the implementation of mentioned conditions. “Like the Budapest Memorandum. But as such guarantees will be provided by civilized countries, including Ukraine, they will be respected,” the representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine added.
