Dear colleagues!

Let me express my sincere congratulations on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Ukraine’s independence!

This is the most considerable national holiday that everlastingly went down in history of our great State with a golden page of its biography. On August 24, 1991, the Ukrainians kicked off a new epoch of their existence, having restored and having enshrined in law the centuries-old aspirations to the national assertion. This year, along with outstanding state jubilee, we also celebrated the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine, which gives sense of pride in our country.

Freedom, will, and independence come never easily. Today, the DIU employees, like thousands of Ukrainians, are winning the right of our state to be free and independent, deterring the Russian aggression and protecting the national interests at the forefront of a hybrid war.

I am convinced that we will defeat an insidious enemy, return all our historical territories, which were occupied by the Russian Federation. We are the descendants of Kyivan Rus; it was our ancestors who burned Moscow and raised the flag over Reichstag!

And now our time has come! The State Flag of Ukraine will fly over all liberated towns and settlements!

On the occasion of the holiday, I wish all of you a good health, iron endurance, indestructible fighting spirit, new successes and achievements for the sake of victory and renewal of Ukraine’s greatness!
