The aggressor state of russia continues the process of forced mobilisation in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine in order to involve the male population in the criminal war as much as possible.

This was stated by Andrii Cherniak, a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, in a commentary for the TV channel Rada.

He noted that the russians in the occupation are conducting enhanced military registration, starting with those who are still sitting at their desks.

"They go to schools, they go to enterprises, they keep records and try to involve all men of military age as much as possible," said Andrii Cherniak.

The representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine stressed that forced mobilisation to the temporarily occupied territories is another manifestation of russia's genocidal policy against Ukraine.

"russia itself has enough mobilisation resources. [Forced conscription in the occupied territories of Ukraine] is necessary solely for some kind of counter-intelligence activities. It is necessary only for genocide. [...] The first task that russia sets itself is to ‘cleanse’ the temporarily occupied territories from the Ukrainian population," explained Andrii Cherniak.

He added that those mobilised in the occupation are sent to the war against Ukraine without any special military training.

"Of course, they are dressed, given weapons, and can be thrown into battle only in the hope that they will die in just a few hours or a few days. And russia will, accordingly, untie its hands from any further actions with these people, because they consider them separate from themselves, people of a different kind," DIU representative said.

Earlier, it became known that the russian occupation army was applying hazing to those illegally mobilised from the occupied districts of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.
