Warriors-reconnaissance men honored the legendary “Major Vykhor” (Major Whirlwind)
On the anniversary since the death of Yevhen Berezniak DIU employees, students of the Military Diplomatic Academy named after Yevhen Berezniak, veterans of military intelligence and relatives of Yevhen Stepanovych all gathered near his grave on Baikove cemetery. The attendees recalled the inexhaustible optimism of Major Vykhor, which was his life credo, as well as his belief in personal strength: “Frustration and loss of faith - he said, - are the most important reasons for failure”.
Hero of Ukraine Yevhen Berezniak has become a true Teacher and a role-model in his love for Ukraine for many current defenders of Homeland.
