Volodymyr Fedorovych was Chief of the Intelligence Directorate of the Central Group of Soviet troops, the Far Eastern and Kyiv military districts. He has rich work experience, which he still shares with the young generation of Ukrainian military intelligence officers up to the present day.

On his birthday, the celebrated veteran received greetings from representatives of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine as well as from many friends – retired intelligence officers of Ukraine.
