The Head of Ukraine's military intelligence has been personally planning and coordinating the most important intelligence and operational measures, special operations. He is the head Coordination Headquarters for treatment of Prisoners of War, directly contributes to the exchange of prisoners and the search for missing defenders of Ukraine.
