The President of Ukraine Awarded Military Women with State Awards

Among the awardees are representatives of military and artillery intelligence
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi signed the Decree no. 92/2021 on the awarding with state awards on the occasion of International Women's Day.
One hundred and nine Ukrainian women were awarded with state awards for their significant personal contribution to the socio-economic, cultural and educational development of the Ukrainian state, exemplary performance of service duty and many years of conscientious work. Among those who were awarded the medal "For Military Service for Ukraine" are reconnaissance women Sergeant Karolina Akimova from the 131st separate reconnaissance battalion and Soldier Maryna Sahan from the 26th separate artillery brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
