In a traditional video addressing, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi being in Ivano-Frankivsk with a working visit commended the actions of fighters of "Artan" special unit and the Ninth Department of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.

"Today I would like to especially commend the "Artan" special unit and the Ninth Department of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine. Thank you! Glory to all who are fighting for Ukraine!" Volodymyr Zelenskyi said.
