Appeal contains the explanation regarding the purchasing of essential things for the needs of the Armed Forces’ units

According to the announcement, the ATO headquarters command addressed the volunteers with the request do not purchase for the needs of the Armed Forces’ units those material resources which are at the depots in sufficient amount and requests to concentrate their attention on relevant assistance in order to purchase extremely needed materials.
