Epifanii, Metropolitan of Kyiv and All Ukraine, Primate of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, held a meeting with the chaplains of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine. The meeting took place at his residence.

During the meeting, they discussed the peculiarities and challenges of pastoral care for the military personnel of the Defence Forces throughout the country, especially at the frontline.

Epifanii thanked the chaplains for their dedicated service, blessed and awarded them with a personalised cross of the Primate and wished the pastors of our Defenders to continue to maintain the strength of faith.

In turn, the Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov expressed gratitude to Metropolitan Epifanii for the spiritual care of the servicemen of the Security and Defence Forces of Ukraine.
