The representatives of Rivne eparchy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Kyiv Patriarchate delivered another humanitarian load to the ATO area
With the blessing of Archbishop Hilarion of Rivne and Ostroh, the Rivne eparchy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Kiev Patriarchate delivered another humanitarian load to the ATO warriors, which was accompanied by the priests and volunteers of the eparchy.
While in the area of ATO, Rivne citizens have given humanitarian aid to the Ukrainian warriors and local citizens. Besides, along with other military units, the patriots have visited one of the separate reconnaissance battalions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In all military units, the priests have held a prayer service of consecration of water and sprinkled the Ukrainian defenders by holy water. With the blessing of the Holy Patriarch of Kyiv and All Rus-Ukraine Filaret, on behalf of the Archbishop of Rivne and Ostroh Hilarion, a number of service men, including scouts, was awarded medals "For sacrifice and love for Ukraine."
According to the statements of Rivne eparchy, its representatives will continue assisting the front in order to protect the sovereignty and independence of our state.
