Director of Strategic Communications Department of Headquarters of Supreme Commander-in-Chief of NATO Allied Forces in Europe Mr. Mark Leiti, who was holding the seminar, Chief of the General Staff – Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine General of Army of Ukraine Viktor Muzhenko took part in it.

Main task of the seminar was to get acquainted the participants with coordination modes of information measures and ability of such directions of activity as public diplomacy and public relations.

There were discussed issues on systems of NATO Strategic Communications, procedure of information exchange on strategic level within Alliance, including on stages of planning and conducting strategic operations, settlement of crisis situations, etc.
