Recently, a security forum took place in Kyiv during which international experts outlined the principles of conflict management in the modern world and discussed the actions of the Russian Federation aimed at triggering aggression against Ukraine and conducting hybrid warfare.

More than 30 experts on issues of security, economics, politics and culture as well as above 100 participants, a large part of whom were representatives of diplomatic missions to Ukraine, took part in the event.

Together with other experts the forum was attended by representatives of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine who informed the audience about Russia’s covert actions on the development of the hybrid conflict, the use of special means and measures, etc.
