Unknown opponents of the putin’s regime blew up a fuel tank, causing a fire that engulfed parts of the facility.

To hide the fact of the sabotage and their own inability to ensure security at critical facilities, local Voronezh leaders devised a narrative of “training exercises for the ministry for emergency situations” right next to the “multi-tonne” fuel tanker.

Even the investigators themselves do not understand under what kind of “training exercises” the work of the local investigative bodies at the voronezh oil depot is disguised.
