UPA’s legacy remains a source of inspiration for Ukrainians when it comes to defending the territorial integrity of the state. The red-and-black insurgency flags are an integral part of the struggle of Ukrainian soldiers against invaders, and the rebels’ salutation “Glory to Ukraine! Glory to Heroes!” is now official.
