Some months ago, it was signed a Decree of Ukrainian President on awarding the group of scouts by orders for personal courage and heroism displayed in protecting of state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

However, at that time, there was no opportunity to present state awards to scouts because they were in the area of holding of counterterrorist operation. Such opportunity was presented itself after returning the fighting men in the place of permanent stationing.

To present awards to the scouts, the First Deputy of Head of Administration of Ukrainian President Henadii Zubko arrived. During awarding ceremony, he underscored:

– Our guys showed that there is an army in Ukraine, there is fighting men who are ready to defend their mothers, wives and children from bandits and aggressors. It is an army that gave to understand clearly that we don’t allow to disgrace our state and our Armed Forces has a powerful potential in development and in modernization.
