The handbook was developed by the “Juridical Hundred” NGO in cooperation with specialists of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, the State Service for War Veterans and ATO participants, the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and the General Staff of Ukraine with the aim of providing servicemen with basic information regarding the benefits, rights and social guarantees.
