Despite the complicated situation in Ukraine because of the long-lasting Russian armed aggression against our country, the DIU personnel found an opportunity to arrange a feast for children. The organizers paid main attention to the children whose parents carry out tasks in the ATO area and for the youngest citizens of our state at the age of 3 to 5 years old.

With the assistance of the Minister of Defence of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak, a part of the children had an opportunity to see the New Year’s performance in the Central House of Officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the second part of them visited other New Year’s shows, including a theatrical show in the DIU House of Culture and Recreation.

Little spectators amusedly watched the performance with fairy-tales heroes, eagerly participated in contests, danced in a ring around the fir tree and lit up twinkling lights. At the end of the show, the children received tasty sweet presents from fairy-tales heroes.
