Traditionally today, the ceremony of commemoration of the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who were killed this day at different years as a result of the Russian armed aggression, has been held at the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.
The representatives of leadership of the defence ministry, structural divisions of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, relatives of the perished Ukrainian Heroes, and cadets took part in the event.
The Remembrance Bell has been donging today thirteen times. One of these sounds was dedicated to the perished reconnaissance officer Yurii Tsisaruk.
Colonel Tsisaruk was at the ATO area since the first days of its holding. In 2015 Yurii Mykolaiovych was killed while performing a combat task, covering retreat of his combat sworn brothers.
He was posthumously awarded with the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytskyi 3rd degree. He was also awarded a title “Honorary Citizen of Rivne Town” and “Honorary Citizen of Iziaslav District”.
May the memory of Heroes, who fell in battles for our free Ukraine, live forever! Everlasting glory to them!
