The National Bank of Ukraine put into circulation a commemorative coin "Military Intelligence of Ukraine" on the eve of the professional holiday of the special service employees.

The coin dedicated to intelligence warriors was presented by Andrii Pyshnyi, Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine, and Major General Kyrylo Budanov, Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.

"The successes and achievements of intelligence officers are usually not widely known, but the time will come and the Ukrainian people will definitely learn the unknown names of modern Heroes. Now, we cannot thank all the intelligence men by name, but we can honour the Military Intelligence. This coin is a dedication to the true invincibility and strength of spirit of our Heroes," Andrii Pyshnyi said.

Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov expressed gratitude for the kind words and recognition of the role of Ukrainian intelligence personnel in the liberation war.

"Today, we have the ability to get the enemy anywhere. Punishment is inevitable. We were annihilating the enemy, are annihilating and will continue to annihilating. We do not stop at what we have achieved even for a moment, we move forward. Our goal is a free, independent, unified Ukraine," Kyrylo Budanov emphasized.

During the event, the Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine and the head of the National Bank of Ukraine signed the first commemorative sets that will be raffled off for charitable purpose.
