Head of Sumy Regional Council presented an award to a reconnaissance man
Oleksandr Babchenko received a medal of the NSDC of Ukraine “For Participation in Battle”. Reconnaissance man from the 92nd separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was awarded for the patriotism, courage, valour and self-sacrifice displayed while performing assigned tasks in the ATO zone.
