Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Inspects the Readiness of Intelligence Assets on Zmiinyi Island

The main purpose of the event is to inspect the readiness of mentioned strength and facilities to perform assigned tasks
Today, chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov has inspected the readiness of the strength and facilities of intelligence on Zmiinyi island to perform the assigned tasks.
A number of practical issues has been practiced during the event. In particular, underwater mining training were conducted with the personnel, it was checked the readiness of MANPADs’ detachments to indicate and to detect air targets, as well as the intelligence officers have performed marksmanship exercises. In addition, surface and underwater target monitoring equipment has been installed on the island, which had received from foreign partners.
