Today, at the beginning of operational meeting the Secretary of Lutsk Local Council has presented the order “For Courage” to the father of perished Senior Soldier Andrii Yelistratov, who was posthumously awarded. Also, Andrii’s brother Volodymyr has been at the awarding ceremony.

26-year old reconnaissance man from Lutsk Andrii Yelistratov served at one of the separate mechanized brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He perished while performing combat task near Popasna town, Luhansk region.
