The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine posts an excerpt from the order of the minister of defence of the russian federation sergey shoigu No. 1012 marked “For Service Use Only”.

According to a document dated by September 10, 2022, the flagship of the russian black sea fleet – the cruiser ‘moskva’ had a new commander – andrei savatieyiev.

savatieyiev held the ‘vacant’ position of an acting commander.

This is to remind that the Security and Defence Forces of Ukraine destroyed the ‘moskva’ cruiser in April 2022.
