In order to honor the memory of the fallen Special Forces men Yevhenii Podolianchuk and Serhii Hryshyn, and to associate young people with the sport and healthy life-style, multi-marathon took place in Kirovohrad oblast.

Route of run passed from the most northern point of Kirovohrad oblast (at the border with Cherkasy oblast) to the most southern point (at the border with Mykolaiv oblast) in the line of Kirovohrad city, with the general length 21,1 km that is equal to Olympic half-marathon distance.

Among participants were professional athletes, amateurs, businessmen, teachers, rescuers and advertising managers; but the respect to the fallen defenders of Motherland and love to Ukraine have combined all of them.

In whole, the participants of marathon overcame about 150 km for 13 hours.
